The peak in Dec 2022 corresponds to when we automatically moved clients onto the new ongoing support cases.

For clients with IAs completed in given month, what % have a successful outcome.

- Other successful outcome: case closed with reason 'programme complete', an additional case was opened (ER or ongoing) or client was signposted.

- Unsuccessful outcome: case closed with reason client uncontactable, not interested, unable to participate or ineligible.

- Outcome unknown yet: case is still open and no successful outcome criteria not met.
